First day... Again. I've been on many diets and exercise programs since I was a little kid. Hopefully, this time, it will stick! A recent change in my life: I've started cooking all my own food, I don't eat anything with preservatives anymore. It is definitely time consuming, but I already feel healthier. Now I just need to stop baking cookies!!
