Doing the Leslie Samsone's walking video on utube was easier today then yesterday for the 1 mile walk. My legs are like lifting huge bags of sand. But i got a cool adrenaline rush in the middle of it. I prepared my meals for work and see that i am eating below the calorie amount i should so i will add on tommorrow.
