It's really difficult when trying to eat low carb and you have to make your meal in addition to a meal for the family. I guess I should count my blessing that I only have to do this for dinners! Today, after I walked on the treadmill, I finally remembered to stretch those muscles! I had no choice, my right glut.... was trying to cramp. Maybe this was my body's way of reminding me to stretch after I excerise. Sheeesh! How dense can I be? LOL! I checked the weather for the next few days and it looks like it might get into the low 60's on Wednesday! Woohoo! Maybe I'll go walk the trail. I can't wait!
