I stopped eating my salads, and started letting myself eat crap again with my busy schedule. This week MUST go back to eating better. I can tell that I don't have as much energy nor am I getting things done like I was before (though I hope I don't get sick...everyone around me except for Matt has been sick lately). Start back up today with the big salad for lunch, then small dinner.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.2 lb a week
