Yesterday was good with food despite going out for lunch with my husband for his birthday. In the evening I did my walk-run alternate streets routine and it felt good , it is very cold here at the moment, so it warmed me up! The dogs got all frisky LOL and seemed to enjoy the run too! So glad the challenge is on :)
