Going to try to really examine emotions and feelings and thoughts before giving in to eating - overeating. Also want to eat healthier; STOP eating so many junk foods that trigger the craving for MORE! More fruits and veggies are being added. 1/25/13

Just a suggestion, think before you eat as you have indicated on your journal and perhaps write down what has triggered the need. Keeping these notes and evaluating them may help. Good luck.
