Well, I need to release 100 pounds in order to be a live-kidney donor for my dad so that is one of my motivations.
The other is just to be healthy and happy.
I am not going to diet - i will do portion control and dividing my meals into 6 small meals a day and 1 daily mile walk. Here we go!
