I started this program on January 12th. I was 129 pounds. I have weighed in today at 120. The more the days go on my 30 day cleanse, the easier it is for me. I also changed my gym and have made certain I am there at 530 every morning. Started classes there too.

Im certainly happy with my results. I havent taken my measurements again as of yet because I feel a little bloated being on my cycle. I plan to do that on the 26th.

I certainly feel the changes and have already tried on a pair of jeans that I wasnt able to wear for a year and a half.
120.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
