Well I did a punch fitness class tonight(wed night) and it is feeling better--but I notice on the situps--I am still out of shape--and on the Plank--I use to be able to do it for 1 minute--now it is like 20 seconds--Bleck-- I know I drink way too much Diet Pepsi--I don't know because I think I should be losing weight faster--Hardly eating many calories--under 600 the last 2 days--but pounds don't leave very fast. Oh well--if that is my only vice and a beer here and there--I am not going to change over night
