Alright, so my girlfriend has been on Herbalife for a few months and so have I but I haven't been sticking to it as well as I should. Currently,she is doing a 10 week weight loss challenge and has already lost about 10 lbs. I am getting motivated to lose weight because of her and get back down to where I was in High School which was 195 Lbs. I'm currently at 205. I started on Monday of this week and so far so good! I have been replacing two meals a day with Herbalife shakes, eating a good lunch or dinner and been walking/jogging around our block which is about 2.3 miles. I always end up breaking and returning to my normal habits but not any more! I'm at the point where I wouldn't forgive myself for slacking off again. My constant lack of energy and my constant congestion & coughing is also getting to me. I'm hoping this lifestyle change helps. The weekends are always the hardest days to overcome snacking. I'll give an update this time next week and let you know how i'm doing.
