Pretty good day,weight stayed the same which I'm happy about in a way because it means no weekend weight gain. I didn't to my walking this morning so I'll have to take a walk tonight. It's a nice evening.

Also I stuck to my Slim Fast plan and stayed within points allowance so far. My fat count is still high but at least I'm having a chef salad whereas my family is having cheeseburgers. I know sometimes salads can be just as caloric but since we were ordering out and I didn't feel like cooking I figured it would be the best choice and it tasted very good. And I have to say I was a little bad and had the cheese on it and regular blue cheese dressing my favorite I dipped my fork in the dressing and then the salad a tip I learned to eat less full fat dressing.
