Okay, so getting started is easier said than done. However, I started on Monday going back to the gym. I went Monday and Tuesday and plan to go today and tomorrow, which will make 4 visits this week. My goal is to try to go everyday. I am also going to try to get to some classes like zumba and a groove class that my gym offers.
Doing okay on the SlimFast front for now. just trying to replace some meals and cut calories for the meals that I actually eat.
I haven't weighed again yet, but maybe this weekend. =)
