Day 1 I am excited to have started, feeling positive (easy on day one I know). I have lost this wait before and swore i would not let it creep back, but after a traumatic year it has,so i know i can do it. I have started the 2 day a week fasting diet. So here I go!

If you don't mind me creeping here, how many calories will you eat on the days you are not fasting? Are you working out? I'm beginning an IF program on Sunday but was thinking of doing the one recommended on leangains.com

I try and eat about 1800 to 1900 calories on the non fast days and 500 on fast days. I walk for an hour a day. I lost 45 lbs in six months doing this before so I know it works. I try eat really nutritious foods and avoid junk as I am sure this helps a lot.

First day out walking again, nearly didn't because it is so cold, but you can always find an excuse not to go so out I went for an hour and I am glad I did feels good.
