Well, it's been quite a while since I've been on this site, and quite a while since I've tried to lose weight! I fell off the wagon hard, but still managed to come back .4 pound lighter! I have a new determination and need to lose the weight! My knees are really giving me pains, and I know that getting the weight off is the answer! So, since I'm a pretty smart and sensible person, the answer is to get the weight off!!!
306.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 111.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good morning, I relate to you knee comment. I had my left knee replaced a few years ago and am beginning to feel pain off and on in my right knee. I do NOT want another knee surgery. Uff da. Yes, getting the weight off IS the answer and we CAN do this. It has taken me forever to get myself motivated. I am motivated at this moment and I'll call that good. One hour at a time sometimes. We didn't get this way overnight. It will take time but most of all it takes perseverence. Good luck to you.
