Uggg the one thing I hate about analog scales: little sisters who fiddle with the calibrator. When I got home yesterday the scale was showing -5 pounds while it was zero-ed. So I tried to calibrate it again, but I don't feel like weighing myself because it's almost TOM and I cheated a little bit on Saturday (well worth it, because I had fun and I'm already 100% back on wagon!) I'm sure if I weighed myself it would say I gained 5 pounds from that cheating, so I don't want to discourage myself.
