My trackimg last night was a good wake-up call. That snack of cashews pushed me right out of the ball park - what could I have done instead. Yep - it is all about the choices. Isn't that what I tell the kids?

Instead of the cashews you could have had an apple, or a fat-free greek yogurt (if you needed some protein), or a handful of pretzels if you just wanted something crunchy (much lower in calories than cashews).
