WI today and this is my first gain since starting WW. I am feeling okay with it, but much prefer the losses than the gains.
I need to make a point to exercise this week. I slacked off last week as we were so busy and by the time I got home from work and errands, I just didn't do it.
I am hoping to hit onederland by my birthday (Dec 7th) Guess we'll see what the journey holds.
