Another good day I had my Slim Fast and I'm well within points values with some to spare for a snack later if I want it.
I didn't do my full workout this morning or really this week because I've really been suffering with my Fibromyalgia probably because I had a long,rough weekend working as a CNA all that walking,lifting,bending and such really wrecks havoc on my muscles and it takes awhile for my body to recover luckily I only have to do it 4 days a month the rest of my job is office work.
Day two of doing Slim Fast so far so good I was 196 when I got home from work which will probably mean I lost a little more in the morning because I always weigh heavy in the evening I don't know why I even check it at that time. Well see tomorrow how it goes. Late entry: I did I stayed within my points! Even had 4 too spare yes!
