my body fat is down to 27.7%. That's the lowest that I know it at.
This is what I do:
Eat 1,400 calories/day
eat mainly healthy
do some sort of physcial activity every day
only eat sitting down!! (=no picking!)

I honestly thinkt hat this is something that I can sustain for my entire life in order to stay healthy and fit.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
