Well, life has finally slowed down (thank God!!) and I will be able to check in more often now. Weight is staying the same this week, but my measurements are telling me that I'm losing inches right. So I'm happy w/that.
I also know that the past week I've not been as committed as I was and was laxing a few days. One night I had some french vanilla ice cream w/fresh raspberries and then last night hubby brought home Pizza Hut pizza and I had two bread sticks! Sorry, wasn't passing them or the ice cream up!! lol Totally enjoyed both and no regrets!
Today, I'm back at it full swing and now that my fridge is stocked again with fresh fruits and veggies it'll be easier. I just know that for a week now, I've been having some major carb cravings and hoping that it'll pass soon.
