Week one and I'm down 3 pounds! I walked 3 days and went back to yoga so I'm very proud about that. I had a glass of wine with dinner last night and a big gourmet cupcake on Saturday night...the weekends are very hard. But today is Monday and it's time to lose another 3 pounds this week! If I can continue to lose weight in a timely fashion then I can enjoy myself once in a while. It's a delicate balance that I have to be conscious of though. Moving along to week two....
