I am following the old Weight Watchers Exchange program - with a few personal modifications, because it's such an old program and there's new nutrition info out there. I am starting the second of three phases to lose a total of 95 lbs. I lost 30 pounds over the past year and a half and have maintained for the past few months. So now's the push for the next 30 pounds; I actually began on January 1st. I am taking my time because I do not want to do this again, plus I am not just "dieting"; I decided two years ago to make a total lifestyle change that involves healthy eating and exercise - keep it simple. I found this site when I Googled calorie info and it looks pretty cool.
