Worked as a CNA today. Very busy day I worked my butt off. I better have lost at least a pound!LOL.

Husband and daughter are at the race track (remote control cars) so I'm home alone tonight that's OK I could use the "me time" after the day I've had . My fibromayalia and back problems don't like it when I work as a nurse's aide it's hard on me but I get though it. It's only for 4 days out of the month the rest of the time I do office work so it's not so bad. As I said before I'm thinking about trying Slim fast for awhile but still count points too. I think I'll post that to see if anyone can advise me if you can have snack in between shakes or meal bars. I'm sure tired and hurting it's nice to get on here and just relax and surf the web and listen to Lifetime TV.

The compare to part of this site puzzles me it always says my calories are higher than my food log is and says my exercise is lower I wonder why it does that?

Late entry. Well I really over did it on points I had a bagel with cream cheese and a little butter but boy was it good. I think I burned enough calories that it won't hurt me much at least I hope besides I usually do a lot worse on the weekend.
