I made a commitment to myself to get back to the weight I was before I got into a relationship, I guess we get comfortable and and forget to continue with a healthy lifestyle. I worked very hard to get to my desired weight, back in 2009 I weighed 205, pant size 22, went down to sized 6 weighing 135 by 2011. I recently joined the gym and also started this diet. Will be checking in daily with my results.
