I couldn't wait till Monday to check my weight. I know a lot of this number is water weight from my period, so I am hoping next weeks number will at least be -2!

Went to the gym to workout with Mike, my trainer, for an hour. We focused on my arms and back today..
191.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
