Reflections on May: Whew - made it through May mayhem and posted a loss. It took lots of planning and hard choices to get through all the track meets, graduation parties and business travel. Only one major mishap and that was due to business day with catered meals (and menus w/o calorie count). Planned ahead for next business trip and pretty much worked out to have protein shake and fruit for breakfast and low points for lunch (salad with shrimp/chicken) which leaves enough points for business dinner. Bought new black and white dress slacks for spring/summer in size 8. Whoohoo! Still feeling a little flabby around the middle so I know it’s about time to start getting serious about adding more exercise.
151.6 lb Lost so far: 26.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
