Not a good day today, and there was no reason for me to eat that ridiculously fattening cinnamon roll except I wanted it. I defeated the purpose of exercising. Fell waaaay off the horse today, but tomorrow is a new day. I have to pick myself up, dust myself off, and get back on the horse. In the end, I'll be happier. It only took 10 days to fall down, but redemption is always around the corner. This brutal honesty is tough but necessary. No more excuses.
