Today is day one for me and I am struggling to lose my last 10 pounds and its really tough. I am hoping I can be able to achieve it here,
I try to work out daily for minimum 5 days a week 30 minutes a day.
Mostly I do circuit training and some running at the weekends.
I am hoping I will be able to break through the palteau
