Mother's day weekend.
249.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

984 kcal Fat: 31.71g | Prot: 86.36g | Carb: 101.61g.   Breakfast: fat free half & half, Cheddar or Colby Cheese (Lowfat) , egg substitute. Lunch: tomato, Green Peppers , weight watchers whole wheat pita, lettuce, oscar meyer shaved chicken breast. Dinner: broccoli, Olive Oil, Vinegar , Ham (Center Slice, Country-Style, Lean Only, Cured) . Snacks/Other: raspberries, Hard Candies . more...
