Day 3 of the master cleanse! I can't even believe how well I am Doing so far. I have to tell you that today will Definitely be one of the hardest days. Reason being that at work today they provide us withbreakfast, lunch and happy hour. It's around me all day. I really hope I don't budge. We will see what happens!!!

And to everyone on their weight loss journey. Read! Set! LOSE!!!!!!!!

Ok...All I want to know is..... Are you guys hiring? LOL. jk. You can fight the temptation. And if you find yourself giving in, just do it in moderation. You'll see that as you continue your journey, you're not going to even crave any of those things as you did before. Be strong!
