I've been working hard since Sept, but haven't been focusing on what I eat. I'm going to try and do the Paleo diet as best as I can so I can finally start trimming down. Before the holidays I was down to 153, now I'm back up. Going to try to put in 5 days a week at the gym, and burn 500 calories each day!
159.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
