So today was the first time so far since I've started working out and eating right (even if it was just 9 days ago!) that I had that horrible feeling of "omg this is never going to work". I've been really proud that I've been going to the gym EVERY day since I started this thing and granted I lost 9 pounds in the last 9 days, it's hard when you look in the mirror and can't see these results. Not that I'm letting it get me down or anything, but I wanted to share this because I know I'm not alone. If you have 50 or more pounds to lose, shoot I could lose 100 pounds if I wanted and still be "average" weight for my height, but when you have that much to lose, 10 or 15 pounds which is GREAT!!, won't look like much to you, and others around you might not even notice. But this isn't something we should let discourage us because this is only the beginning! It's only going to get better from here. So let that motivate you, let it push you further to start noticing results. It's not a matter if you CAN or CAN'T it's comes down to if you WILL or WON'T. And I've waited to long to keep choosing 'I won't'. I'm ready to feel confident and look sexy! < and not feel awkward and uncomfortable when I say it!
