I have started walking 3 miles a day. My mantra is, NO excuses.........rain or shine......snow or sleet.
Also, went gulten free. I can tell the difference.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Blood Type Diet   losing 0.1 lb a week
