Well the weekend did find me cheating a bit, but i have to say i cheated on things like roast beef, coffee, mashed potatoes and... ok ok there was a small piece of cake involved, but i really didn't go overboard. And today i am right back on detox, and will stay on it till the 20th at minimum.
I know i need to step it up a bit on the exercise. reading what others are doing makes me motivated to get more active. So that will be my goal this week. maybe that extra effort plus dextox after cheating will give me the push i need to see some headway on the scales.
