Began cooking Korean food on Nov. 19th. Fresh vegetables, meat, fish, rice & pasta. Enjoy the food more, makes me feel healthy, gives me more energy, can go between meals longer & only eat twice per day as was my old ways prior to trying to lose weight. I think everything is fresher from the Asian market than the grocery store, some items are more expensive such as the spices they use but its worth it in the end. After one month I lost 6 lbs. I couldn't ask for better weight control, the seasonings are more flavorful & I'm eating food I like. I have tried to eat a hamburger & piece of pizza recently & it tastes bad to me; like its rotten. This is also good I guess but I never really ate a lot of them to begin with.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
