Good morning everyone :D

Yesterday went well, ate pretty good and got in some walking too. Yeah me!
Today is counselling appointment #2.. Which should be okay, suppose to discuss my anxiety attacks. Then it will be an appointment with my reg doctor to see about medication changes :( I can no longer afford my current meds! :( so I had a choice seek out alternatives or stop taking them all together. In either case it is a bit nerve racking. Yes I am worried about side effects, I know I would not be able to handle weight gain again. That honestly would crush me like a giant bug under one's shoe!

Oh well I have to do what I have to do.
