I'm so excited the 1 lb was just water weight! Whew! It's nice to know my efforts were not in vain.

Whoops,stayed within points just under however my fat content was high I think but I got a lot of fiber in so maybe it wasn't such a bad day.

I'm eating two small slices of pizza instead of half of the pie! lol
195.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
