This really sucks. I am just so busy all the time lately with my parents here. I mean seriously we're cleaning out 40+ years of garbage (not like hoarder style, but just neglect type stuff) and junk from this house. Today we tackled the basement. Tomorrow the wall paper comes down. Then painting starts. Also getting new windows and a new septic system. I mean, I'm so overwhelmed I could just scream... or cry. Which I've done... I mean it's a huge undertaking but I've already increased the houses value by like AT LEAST 20k by just doing the cleaning and tearing out the carpets... Bleh. Wish I could write more but I'm tired. Down 2lbs since I last checked...Oh wow can I say I'm in the GREEN range for my weight goal? HOLY CRAP.

Holy crap, girl! Do I have to move to lose some weight?? What do you call your diet plan? The stress/work your ass off plan? You go, girl! I'm up. For whatever reason, I'm up. Too much sodium? I don't know. I know I have been eating too much to lose much, but no reason to be up. I'm calling the doc tomorrow, anyway. See if she'll up my dosage of the thyroid. Between the lack of energy/motivation, the hot flashes increasing again, the low heart rate, and the drastically slowing down of the weight loss...I think I need to have it adjusted. I hope it's not a fight, or that she'll make me wait a few more weeks for more blood work, etc. We'll see. I'm sorry you're so damn busy there, but sounds like you're making huge progress. Try to take it one room at a time, or one aspect of the room at a time. It'll be a little easier once the junk is out of the way and all of your stuff is unpacked and in place. Then you can see what you're dealing with. Try not to look at the whole picture...too overwhelming. And the beautiful thing about painting is that it immediately transforms a room and makes everything look clean and new. Paint covers a multitude of sins! Hang in there, okay? And a BIG congratulations on losing MORE weight! : )
