Hi everyone so I'm excited I lost 1 lbs last week I did my weight in today and I was 1 lbs lighter. It's not much but I did not even diet last week I just hit the gym every morning for about an hour. My routine was 30mins of cardio on the elyptical and like 20mins of weights for my arms and then I worked on my abs. And now I'm down by 1 lbs. I'm going to try to see if I can do the Cabbage soup diet next week. That has really helped me in the past. My goal Weight by the end of this Month is 180 lbs.
