So, took three weeks off of the diet for Christmas, and additional week off for Thanksgiving. Now Im going back "on the Wagon" if you will. Tomorrow is the first weigh in for the year and I am rather apprehensive about how much I gained during my time off. I have not weighed myself since the 26th. Even staying strictly on the diet, I noticed that my weight was creeping back up. Hopefully this break, will help me get the weight loss kick started again and I can reach my goal of 96 ponds this year. Total loss for the the year was a net 41 pounds.
