First day of the new year. I'll keep trying. I have never hit my goal weight but my efforts toward it have kept my weight within relatively healthy ranges for my whole life. It is working for me and maybe one day I will het 111. Maybe I never will... i like experimenting with my diet and so far have found that sticking to a paleo diet eliminates a lot of minor joint pain and my recovery from working out is much quicker. :)
