going away camping for the next two weeks, not sure how the food plan will survive,but I'm going to try staying away from the junk food and the booze. At least while camping I will be active and moving around so that should help.

eek! Thats going to be a challenge for you (staying away from the junk and beer!), just tell yourself that you feel better knowing your losing weight rather than when you put it on!! You'll do great!!! Have a fun camping trip!
