Hi - beginning my new way of eating on January 1, 2013 - but thought I'd get thinking about all the changes I want to incorporate into the new year. 1. Low carb - plan to eat protein,lots of veggies, fruit before eating a meal, lots of water, lots of green tea. 2. Exercising - walking in the morning and on my breaks at work, and doing weights and stretching in the evenings. 3. Taking care of myself - Sleeping at least 8 hours, getting massages twice a month, doing my nails, and taking baths.
