My eating habits over the past week have been nothing short of horrific. I start off very big, but end very weak, then get upset with myself for not being strong enough to hold on. Today is another day. If I can't do it all day, I will begin over again to finish it correctly. Start over again tomorrow. Exercise, exercise, exercise.
