I have been on a diet for about a month. I have lost 24 lbs and two inches off my waist. I have cut out all sugar, and salt, and drink nothing but water and coffee. I eat eggs, salad, and baked chicken with frozen vegs. I seem to have come to a halt in losing weight and I don't know why. I am doing all the same things I have been doing. I work out with a video most nights, but probably not enough. I feel like I am getting frustrated with it.

Hi Elainesti,
Maybe you can vary the foods that you eat for a few days or change your workout routine. It is amazing how fast the body can adapt.
I am so encouraged to see a 24lbs weight loss. Keep up the good work and do not give up on your endeavor to live a healthy lifestyle.

Thank you so much, I have been dieting since the first week of December. I have lost a total of 36 lbs but it feels like it has just came to a halt in losing weight.
