I woke up feeling pretty unmotivated today. However, I went onto facebook and found the picture of me that made me sign up for this in the first place and i will exercise when I finish my coffee.
I do feel that I ate too much yesterday, but it was my husbands birthday. I know that I should not make excuses for overeating but that is the reason. I did eat approximately 1000 calories less yesterday than I did on wednesay, so even if i consumed about 2100-2200 calories, it was still less than wednesday and less that calories burned yesterday. I feel that I'm off to a good start, I just need to make this a routine.
