Yesterday I decided to get back on track. I listened again to the program - The Neuropsychology of Weight Control - I weighed and measured myself, restarted my food journal, and began to pay attention to portions and reduced how much sugar and refined carbs I ate. It feels good to be back.
229.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
