The last 4 weeks have been kinda stressful, I really don’t wanna use that word but I don’t know what else to call it. I’ve only lost 6 lbs and I think it’s because when my week wasn’t going so well I would eat something I know I should not have 🤦🏽♀️.. I’m going to try not to indulge when I’m in my feelings I’ll just get on a treadmill instead 😑.
