I haven't been back on this site in over a year and it shows, lol. I've decided to rededicate myself to losing weight and have decided to make my diet a lifelong journey instead of something that lasts until i hit my goal weight. I'm ashamed that I've gained back everything I lost and more, but I'm looking forward to getting back on track. My morning has gone well, I made a delightful juice composed of carrots, ginger, broccoli, and apple. I'm going to hot yoga tonight, and I couldn't be more excited! Best wishes and encouragement are welcome!
161.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
