Well here I go again. I started this complete nutrional diet a couple weeks ago beginning with the 21 day gentle cleanse and jumping in. I was doing fine but like many my family life was making it hard to not grab and go with food. I lost ten pounds doing my shakes, pills, and healthy dinner so I will do it this time regardless of what is going on, holiday or kids I will handle it
